No. At Compassionate Healthcare we believe in simple, transparent pricing. Your medical marijuana certification includes all approved routes of administration, and we do not charge additional fees for routine recommendation adjustments or RFE requests. The State of Florida charges a separate fee for your Medical Marijuana Use Registry ID card that is paid directly to them annually.

No. If your physician determines that a Request for Exception (RFE) is medically appropriate, there is no additional charge for submitting the request to the State of Florida. Additional medical documentation may be required depending on the requested amount.

No. If our physician determines that you do not qualify for medical marijuana certification, you WILL NOT be charged. Our goal is to make sure medical marijuana is appropriate for you before moving forward.

Florida medical marijuana physician certifications are valid for up to 210 days (approximately 7 months). You’ll need to see a qualified medical marijuana physician before your certification expires to continue purchasing from Florida dispensaries. Renewals for the state ID card are done annually with the OMMU. We assist with both portions for all our patients!

Yes. Prior and existing patients can complete their medical marijuana renewal through telehealth. If you have never previously been evaluated in person by one of our physicians, an in-person visit may be required before you’re eligible for telehealth renewals.
